Laura M. Kravec is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, trusts and estates, and business succession planning. Laura advises business clients on corporate and transactional matters, and works with businesses and private clients on wealth preservation and strategic tax and estate planning.
Prior to joining Farhang & Medcoff, Laura owned and operated two local businesses. She leverages her personal experience as a small business owner to guide clients on governance, employment, leasing, and other business matters. Before entering private practice, Laura worked as an Assistant Pima County Legal Defender and clerked for the Honorable Michael Cruikshank at Pima County Superior Court.
