F&M Adds Attorney for Commercial Real Estate
Traci Riccitello has joined Farhang & Medcoff bringing nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate transactions to one of Arizona's leading business law firms.
Riccitello has been a staff attorney at a prominent Arizona law firm and has also had her own practice during a career that began in 1999. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing communications from Bowling Green State University, and a master's degree in exercise physiology from the University of Arizona. She also earned her law degree at the UA.

Amelie Bredas Messingham joined Farhang & Medcoff as a partner to bolster its practice in banking, commercial finance and real estate finance. Messingham brings more than 10 years of experience advising regional and national institutional lenders with respect to real estate and commercial loan transactions, including construction financing, long-term financing for income-producing properties, loan sales, restructures, and workouts. In addition to her commercial finance practice, Messingham represents corporate clients in purchase and sale transactions involving retail projects and portfolios. Originally from Belgium, Messingham earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and earned her law degree at the University of Georgia. She was recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star in the banking category from 2014 to 2017. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2006.
